New Jersey has several property tax relief programs.  Eligible residents can apply for the following deductions by contacting the Tax Collector:

Senior Citizen, Surviving Spouse or Disable Person	$250 deduction
Veteran and Surviving Spouse of Veteran	$250 deduction

In addition to those programs, New Jersey offers the following programs:
