The City of Lambertville is officially handling all construction permits for Frenchtown Borough!
Please be advised that all permis for Frenchtown can be submitted to the Frenchtown office during regular business hours.
You may also drop them off at the Lambertville location as well.
THE CONSTRUCTION OFFICE IS OPEN MONDAY - FRIDAY, EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS.
9:00 - 4:30 EVERYDAY. CLOSED 12-1 FOR LUNCH DAILY.
Our inspectors make every attempt to complete inspections within the time frame given. However, some inspections take longer then anticipated which could cause the inspector to run late for his next inspection. We ask that you be patient, the inspector will complete all of his inspections on his schedule. Thank you for your cooperation.

Building: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday – 12 pm – 4 pm
Electric: Tuesday & Thursday – 8:30 am – 11 am
Plumbing: Thursdays – 11 am – 4 pm
Fire: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday – 1 pm – 5 pm
Zoning Officer:
Thursdays
Office Hours: 9 am – 10 am
Smoke Detector, Carbon Monixide Inspections: 10 am – 11 am
Fire Prevention Hours: 11 am – 4:30 pm
The Zoning Officer is in & out of the office all day. Messages can be left at the office & he will return all calls before the end of the day.
Frenchtown:
Building: Monday & Wednesday – 9 am – 11:30 am
Electric: Tuesday & Thursday – 8:30 am – 11 pm
