All Ordinances are available for public review and inspection at the Clerk's Office located at 18 York Street from 9 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All public hearings, unless otherwise noted, are held at the Justice Center, 25 South Union Street in the City starting at 7 pm.
