The Lambertville Fire Prevention Office is responsible for fire inspections and code compliance in the City for commercial and residential properties.
Inspection Information
The Fire Prevention Officer completes inspections typically on Thursdays & Fridays. Inspections for special events & festivals may occur on weekends.

Fire Safety & Landlords
As a landlord in the City of Lambertville, along with your landlord registration, it is required that you complete the application for an SDCMFX inspection (Smoke Detector, Carbon Monoxide, & Fire Extinguisher) for each rental unit. This inspection is required every time there is a change in long-term tenancy.
